Adam was clear with explaining course material. He took us through different CPR scenarios, helped us analyse our performance, always testing our knowledge with questions, and explained how we could think logically about incidents to choose a course of action. Highly recommend.

It was a very enjoyable first aid course, it didn’t feel at all like the previous courses I have been too which feel like being back at school.
This was the opposite of that at was very hands on and I feel I have learnt more than I ever have!
