Suzanne is an excellent trainer, knows her subject and keeps the whole room motivated with her approach. I've been on a few recent courses and Suzanne has been by far the best trainer. I'd be happy to recommend her to my clients for their first aid training requirements.

Suzanne Stickley, with her background in public service (London Ambulance & Met Police Service), is one of those life long professionals who is fun to be in the company of and who fits in with everyone and everywhere she works. Her approach and manner in which he applies her trade, be it practical advanced First Aid at an event or on set somewhere; or within the classroom teaching the basic fundamentals of First Aid to "Rookey" First Aiders, can only be regarded as professional delivered with a sense of humour, only obtained from either being in Public or Military Service. If you are looking for a starchy Ward Matron Auxiliary Nurse move on as you will not get it here. This lady rocks!

Could not recommend Sue highly enough. Her experience brings a very real sense of what you are learning. Sue is fun and a brilliant instructor you cannot fail to learn something from.

Superb course and instructor with lots of knowledge and first hand experience. Sue answered all my questions accurately and professionally. I have now done two First Aid courses with Sue and would always recommend her and the First Aid Matters team.

I would highly recommend this course to everyone. The instructor was fun and very informative and it was definitely not your usual 'death by PowerPoint' presentation. I can honestly say I am looking forward to maybe doing a refresher course in the future.
