I find first aid courses difficult due to personal circumstances but Suzanne was empathetic, sensitive and respectful.

Suzanne is an excellent trainer, knows her subject and keeps the whole room motivated with her approach. I've been on a few recent courses and Suzanne has been by far the best trainer. I'd be happy to recommend her to my clients for their first aid training requirements.

Suzanne Stickley, with her background in public service (London Ambulance & Met Police Service), is one of those life long professionals who is fun to be in the company of and who fits in with everyone and everywhere she works. Her approach and manner in which he applies her trade, be it practical advanced First Aid at an event or on set somewhere; or within the classroom teaching the basic fundamentals of First Aid to "Rookey" First Aiders, can only be regarded as professional delivered with a sense of humour, only obtained from either being in Public or Military Service. If you are looking for a starchy Ward Matron Auxiliary Nurse move on as you will not get it here. This lady rocks!
