Mervyn was a great instructor, he presented all info clearly and i was very impressed with how much I learnt, listening and watching his demos gave me confidence in my ability to use any of what I have learnt today on the course.

Highly recommend Pro training Canine First Aid course Level 2 (VTQ) with Mervyn Gough. Set in the relax atmosphere of Mervyn's house. On arrival you are greeted by a warm welcome and a cup of tea. The course is delivered in a very calm, knowledgeable manner at a pace that the information is easily absorbed. Great practical sessions, mixed with cups of tea and time to share experiences. Lovely afternoon to learn some very important skills.

Mervyn was very pleasant and helpful, the course was set at the perfect pace with regular opportunities for hands on practice. It was easy to find, ample parking and there was everything needed (tea, coffee, toilet etc). Thoroughly enjoyed the course.
