Cassandra was a pleasure to learn with. She made us feel comfortable throughout the training. She took the time to explain all parts of first aid we need to know. She also answered all the questions we had. We all walked away from the course feeling confident that if something were to happen, we'd be able to help. Cassie is a fantastic instructor. She takes time for everyone, allowing questions, but keeps the course moving. She keeps everyone involved and interested. Well worth attending.

Cassie was great - she explained everything really clearly. The demonstrations were also clear and she made sure that everyone felt comfortable and confident with the practical side of things. Overall a great experience!

Cassandra was very friendly and professional, explained any questions asked, everyone in the room was able to participate with CPR also other first aid training, and if unsure Cassandra would go over it again.
