Very friendly and professional lady who made us all feel very comfortable which allowed us to feel free to ask questions and contribute if so desired. The time didn't drag at all and I would happily undergo training with this organisation again.

very professional trainer, excellent course instructor, strongly recommended, delivers what you expect from the course in the interesting, easy to understand way at a reasonable pace
