Malcolm Sharpe - delivered the course professionally and gave plenty of examples and lead group discussion well. He allowed plenty of time to reflect and practice, at no point did I feel rushed. No questions were out of bounds. He obviously brings a wealth of experience as a trainer.

Instructor was excellent, delivering course in an easy and understandable manner. Took time to ensure we had all understood, asking questions to verify before moving on. Being able to do the course outside in real terrain was a bonus.
