This class has been restricted to 6 students to comply with 2m social distancing rules.

Latest Health and Safety Executive recommended modifications to the teaching environment and methods to ensure social distancing will be implemented. All students will be provided with a Training and PPE Pack containing face covering, dressing bandage, triangular bandage, resuscitation face shield & gloves.

Please wear comfortable and appropriate clothing as this course requires students to lay on the floor for some practical sessions.

Tea & Coffee is provided throughout the day.
Please bring your own lunch or there is an on-site café/shop and a McDonald’s within a 5 minutes’ walk.

Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can start on time.

There is free parking on-site and excellent transport links.

We are located 2 minutes away from Queens Road tram stop on the Bury Line.
Only one stop after Victoria.
As you leave Queens Road, turn left onto Queens Road and take your first left onto Irish Town Way.

First Bus routes 17, 56 and 118 all stop 2 minutes from the Irish World Heritage Centre at Queens Road bus stop. Located next to the Metrolink stop.

Owain was brilliant. This was my first ever first aid course and I was a little apprehensive. Owain made us all feel at ease and explained everything in a very clear simple way, even the crazy questions I threw at him. A few people in our group didn't want to take part in the practical parts, it didn't matter because owain understood and talked then through it without making it awkward.
