Jenny was very friendly and was a very good communicator. She paced the training well, giving time for questions during the session. Jenny shared real life experiences (anonymous) rather than text book examples, which makes the training relevant to our work with young children. Jenny took the fear out of giving First Aid! Resources were all Covid safe with individual supplies for each member.
