You will need to log in via the link below promptly before 9.30am to allow time for any technical difficulties and to greet your instructor and other candidates. The instructor will open the classroom from 9.00am.

Please be aware that this is an interactive classroom, the instructor and other candidates will be able to see you and hear you. You will need a web cam and sound and to be working from a computer or tablet rather than a phone. You should be appropriately dressed and in a suitable environment, keeping in mind that parts of the course are practical. Microphones should be switched off unless you are speaking, to avoid background noise and interruptions disturbing the session

In order to comply with course regulation guidelines you must show Photographic ID with them which will be checked at the start of the course. It is a requirement of the qualification. If you do not have ID you will not be able to take part in the course. If photo I.D is not available, 2 forms of non- photographic I.D can be produced.
