Emily was a fantastic instructor, went through everything in detail and made sure everyone understood things before moving on, she is small test questions to make sure we were taking in the information in. The instructor managed to make the 3 day course fun and go quickly.

The delivery of the course was very relaxed and the knowledge of the instructor was exceptional. His previous experience of first aid related experiences made the course more relatable; this made it less like a dreary formal course but a fun experience making it easier to learn new skills and knowledge.
