Emma Coulten was our Instructor for the course Canine First Aid Level 2 (VTQ). From enrolment until the course completion the Instructor was quick and responsive to any questions or queries, I am an Army Veteran who has had his fair share of VTQs and must convey that the set up, format and presentation of this one was fantastic. Group participation and interaction with the students which came from a variety of fields, Dog Walkers, Groomers, Dog Shelter Staff and even just Dog owners ensured that a detailed course with a variety of subjects did not seem overwhelming.
The Instructors knowledge meant that every question asked was answered promptly without a (I'll get back to you on that). I had been waiting for sometime to complete this course as I didn't want to just do just an online one, I'm glad I waited. The course content was great and I can only endorse a 10/10 recommendation for this course with this Instructor. Steven Cairney.
