Nicky was friendly and very knowledgable - she made the course really fun and engaging and made sure I felt confident to use what I have learned in real life situations. If Nicky was my first aider, I would feel so comfortable and safe!

Nicky was our instructor today, and it was an incredible training session. We had a great laugh, and every question I asked she explained thoroughly and took her time to listen, it was a very educational and fun day! Couldn’t have asked for it to go any better! Thank you Nicky!

Nicky was absolutely amazing!! not only did I learn lots, I had a really nice time on my course. Nicky took the time to answer our questions, and made sure everyone was happy with the content :)
