Course was delivered in such an excellent ILS training session. Intructor had a deep knowledge and clear,
engaging teaching style made complex topics easy to understand. She created a positive learning
environment that encouraged participation and made
the material approachable. The real-world examples
and hands-on simulator guidance were especially
valuable, helping to build both understanding and
confidence. She is highly skilled but also passionate about sharing her expertise. I walked away from the training feeling much better prepared and more
confident in applying what I’ve learned. Her professionalism and dedication truly made a
difference.
