I had the pleasure of being taught Emergency First Aid at Work by Jules White, and I must say, they were absolutely fantastic! From the start, they were engaging, making the material both interesting and easy to understand. They maintained a positive, happy attitude throughout the course, which made the learning environment feel welcoming and enjoyable.
It’s clear that Jules is passionate about teaching and genuinely cares about their students’ success. Their ability to keep the class informative yet fun was a standout for me.

Cathy was an effective tutor and she delivered the course in an interesting and informative manner. All the staff walked away from the course with a clear understanding of first aid.
