I think he came across really well, very knowledgeable with real world examples of what was being discussed to add to the theory elements. He had a very easy manor which helps people feel they can ask questions and makes for a relaxed learning environment.

Well presented. well paced, very well received training. Instructor set up the venue before trainees arrived and greeted each one personally, also checked, privately, if each person if they had any issues/restrictions that could affect their practical assessment. in one case raising the CPR dummy off the floor for one person who had a back problem. Highly recommended.
