Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA)

Ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone in your workplace is of utmost importance and should be upheld through established policies and procedures that define a conducive work environment. However, there are instances when a colleague's behaviour displays anger or aggression toward another team member.

The objective of this training is to promote safe practices, with a particular focus on mitigating the risks associated with challenging behaviours such as aggression, violence, and harassment. This qualification is designed to ensure that incidents of violence and aggression align with our organisation's core values and adhere to best practice guidelines. It emphasises the importance of conducting these practices in a transparent, ethical, and lawful manner.

This qualification can be completed in a classroom setting under the guidance of a qualified instructor, or you have the option to pursue the Conflict Management Level 2 course online.

It's important to note that the ProTrainings Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (VTQ) - PMVA certificate is valid for one year, and the online Conflict Management course serves as an effective refresher to keep your knowledge up-to-date. Your commitment to this training contributes significantly to a safer and more harmonious workplace.
