Course:TQUK Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) - Classroom Blended Part 2 Course(show details)
This qualification is recognised by UCAS, which means you can claim 8 tariff points for successfully completing this training and that will contribute to your UCAS application if you are applying for a course with one of Britain’s universities from September 2023.
TQUK Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) blended the practical part of those who have completed the online course. The First Aid at Work Level 3 qualification (FAW) is ideal for most businesses whose risk assessment has identified that they require a fully trained first aider for their workplace. All courses are delivered, evaluated and quality assured to meet the new guidelines set out by the HSE in October 2013 and meet the requirements of the First Aid at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981 and subsequent latest changes.
In May 2016 the HSE and Awarding Organisations announced that computer-based blended training is now allowed for all workplace first aid courses. You can now become a fully qualified First Aider in the workplace, with two days of classroom training after completing this online course. Reduce your training and travel costs by using our engaging, blended online video-based course. Learn at your pace, one to one with your instructor at a time that suits you.
This blended FAW course meets all of the requirements under the HSE and Awarding Organisations and is available as a ProTrainings or Regulated Qualification.
If you prefer the traditional 3 days of First Aid Training we can do that too, just contact us for more information.
A modern approach to training backed up by years of experience providing online, blended and classroom courses. Clear, concise and engaging, when you choose ProTrainings you reduce the cost, not the quality of your training.
Each learner who completes this course will be awarded UCAS points that will contribute to their progression into higher education. UCAS tariff points translate qualifications and grades into a numerical value which is then used by higher education course providers to assess whether learners have met their entry requirements. While universities will have their own entry requirements, this new points system gives learners the opportunity to generate more UCAS points to support their progression into university.
All our first aid courses fully meet the latest UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines as per the HSE requirements.
The HSE strongly recommend that all first aiders complete annual first aid refresher courses and our online course meets this requirement.
Please be advised that the classroom course has a minimum age requirement of 14.

Thomas Reah is one of the best tutors I have encountered in many disciplines over many many years. A good engaging tutor ensures you have understood and taken in the content, not just learnt the content to pass the exam. First class
