Would of been nice to be more involved and asked if we had certain experiences regarding what she was talking about, felt like she talked a lot about her own personal experiences and we wasn't asked about ours

Excellent course, I really feel this is something that everybody should be able to attend as we are all susceptible to going through difficult times and anything we can do to help recognise it in other people and support our own resilience is very beneficial. Thanks so much!

Having attending a number of first aid courses this was the best. By spending longer on learning the conditions and the causes I was able tk process and understand why each condition had the symptoms it did (aiding memory of all the aspects of the first aid - signs, symptoms and tratement). I appreciated that we did not rush to practical elements and that there was lots of take up time and breaks to process information, ask questions and clarify understanding.
