Please wear comfortable, appropriate clothing as this is an active course. If you have any physical or special educational needs please let me know as we can try and make the course inclusive for anyone. You will need to attend the whole day with us. It is not possible to leave early or miss parts of the course if you want to complete the qualification.

ID:
Please could you bring 1 form of photo ID with you for the course.

Assessment:
Please bring your smart phone with you as we will do the test on this. We do have paper versions on the day if there are any tech problems but don't worry, it's very simple and your instructor will help with this. It is a multiple choice assessment - this is nothing to worry about as everything is covered on the course. Please note that the course is taught in and also assessed in English. This can be done verbally as we can make reasonable adjustments to the course but the student must understand the subject matter. Some of the practical skills need to be performed on the floor, kneeling down. If you have any injuries or physical problems that may inhibit you from doing this please advise us before joining the course as this may prevent you from passing it. It is not possible for you to miss part of the course or finish early.

Manuals:
We provide all attendees with a manual at the start of the course - everything covered is in the manuals so there isn't a need to take notes, however if you wish to, there is room at the back of the manuals.

Refreshments:
We do not provide refreshments for the course. Please bring everything else with you that you may need for the day.

Prices are for the classroom day (+VAT) if you purchase the online course & the classroom day from us the cost is £95 + VAT
