Nikki is an excellent trainer. Information was given clearly . Comments , questions and discussion were encouraged. Nikki explained the rationale for first aid responses which will empower us to understand what needs to be done and why we need to take specific actions. This will give us confidence as first aiders and, consequently, enable us to react to situations and consider actions needed appropriately. Great cours. Thank you Nikki!!
