I attend first aid training every 3 years, for the last 20 years and this has been the best so far. The use of video to show how CPR works on the heart, was very good. First time I have seen this.

Paul Flowers was an excellent instructor and really paid attention to all of the concerns presented in the class. He answered our questions knowledgeably and made us very confident in what we learnt in the session. There have been changes to first aid since I last had in done but the way Paul taught us you would have thought I’d known the information all along!
