The instructor was very engaging and easy to listen to , she was able to explain things in detail using different experiences she or others have had which made it easier for me to remember the information , I will highly recommended for anyone doing a first aid course.

Having taken paediatric first aid training before, this was the best experience. Being able to discuss experiences in a small group and access to a good range of materials and mannequins was brilliant. Lynn is knowledgeable and related the information to what we need to know as childminders.
