Charlie was very thorough and was great at explaining through various items within the course, we had a good mix of content and practical elements, I feel confident to give First aid should I need to in the future.

Charlie delivered the first aid course expertly. She assessed the needs of all learners and delivered the content in an engaging way. Due to Charlie's years of teaching experience, she was able to answer our many questions with confidence and accuracy. She was also fantastic at modelling practical elements of the course, quickly correcting any mistakes in a constructive and respectful way, and built in retrieval practice across the days to ensure rapid recall of learnt knowledge/skills.

Definitely recommend taking the first aid course with Charlie she was amazing, very accommodating to any needs in the classroom, very well prepared and organised to deliver the correct information.
