I didn't think I would enjoy a 3 day first aid course, however John did a fantastic job, he is an excellent teacher who has obviously put so much work into making the course enjoyable. I was surprised how much I can remember due to his informative training. He took time to explain and illustrate many details to us and kept it moving at a good pace. I feel so much more confidant to help with first aid now as might be needed.
