Details: Please wear comfortable, appropriate clothing as this is an active course. If you have any physical or special educational needs please let me know as we can try and make the course inclusive for anyone. You need to attend all of the course. It is not possible for you to start late, miss sections or finish early if you wish to gain the qualification. ID: Please could you bring 1 form of photo ID with you for the course. Assessment: You will take your test on your SMARTPHONE, If tech isn't your thing please don't worry, we will have paper copies too. It is a multiple choice assessment - this is nothing to worry about as everything is covered on the course. Please note that the course is taught in and also assessed in English. This can be done verbally as we can make reasonable adjustments to the course but the student must understand the subject matter. Some of the practical skills need to be performed on the floor, kneeling down. If you have any injuries or physical problems that may inhibit you from doing this please advise us before joining the course as this may prevent you from passing it. Manuals: We provide all attendees with a manual at the start of the course - everything covered is in the manuals so there isn't a need to take notes, however if you wish to, there is room at the back of the manuals. Refreshments: There is free tea and coffee during break times. Please bring everything else with you that you may need for the day as there is limited options close by - Windsor is 10 minutes walk away and we have 30 minutes for lunch. Prices are for the classroom day (+VAT) if you purchase the online course & the classroom day from us the cost is £90 + VAT
