• This is a practical, face-to-face course held at our training venue or at your venue of choice.
• After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details, invoice, payment information, and venue details.
• Full payment is required before the training unless agreed otherwise.
• Group discounts are available for bookings of two or more people.
• Training can also be delivered at your venue for larger groups.
• The venue is a 15-minute walk from Harold Wood Station (Elizabeth Line) or a 7-minute 496 bus ride from the station.

The trainer was very professional and at the same time made everyone comfortable to ask questions. We worked well as team, the trainer communicated the information in a way it was easy to understand. I would definitely recommend others to do their ILS with First Place Training.
