Organisation of the Course

A new format this year with reading & writing of information by all attendees at the start, was, I believe, a really successful way to onboard and apply the information. I really enjoyed the course and felt well informed and prepared.

Duncan is a fantastic instructor. He uses his many years of varied experiences to add the real life element to any training he gives. He is passionate about the training and he makes a real impact on the class. Everything he tells me sticks in my mind due to the way he delivers it. He makes the training very interesting.
