Claire is great at delivering first aid training, there isn’t anything she doesn’t know. No question too much trouble to answer and Claire is calm and approachable. Will recommend ☺️

This was a very well organised and professional course, that was delivered in a way that was easy to follow. There was a lot of very complex information that was presented to us in a way that we could understand. Thank you for having us and I look forward to the next refresher in three years time!

The instructor was so kind and helpful answering all questions efficient and effective in delivering the information, and helping answering questions. She was informative, attentive and I learned a lot as it was divided equally between theory and practical, I learned a lot through the session.
