Annie is a great instructor with a wealth of knowledge. She makes the course fun as the subject matter can be quite dry. I feel its the best way to make the facts stick and we all managed the test at the end without difficulty.

Annie was first rate. Everything was communicated in a professional but friendly manner with appropriate humour to keep us interested. She paced the training to match the varied learning needs of the group nonetheless keeping everyone attentive.
I wouldn’t fault Annie on anything!

I would defiantly use Annie and ProTrainings again. The course content was extremely thorough and Annie was happy to answer any of our questions. Annie made sure that everyone felt comfortable and at ease to ask any question.

Having done first aid courses regularly for the past 20 years, I was amazed that Anne managed to make the course incredibly informative whilst still enjoyable. Anne is such a professional and confidence inspiring person, I cannot recommend her highly enough.
