The course was informative and well organised, perfectly interactive and I left feeling confident that I could help if a situation like this ever came up. Very thorough teaching, good to have examples of insulin pens, different aged dummy’s etc. very hands on learning, feel confident to use what I’ve learnt in the workplace and life.

This was a very well organised and professional course, that was delivered in a way that was easy to follow. There was a lot of very complex information that was presented to us in a way that we could understand. Thank you for having us and I look forward to the next refresher in three years time!

The instructor was so kind and helpful answering all questions efficient and effective in delivering the information, and helping answering questions. She was informative, attentive and I learned a lot as it was divided equally between theory and practical, I learned a lot through the session.
