The instructor was great, very clear instruction and answered any questions we had during the course very well, I'd have no hesitation in recommending the course to others. Very informative course and has made me think about things I'd never considered.
I now feel confident that I'm doing the right thing moving forward.

Lisa was very approachable, kind and encouraging, she created a really comfortable learning environment. She was happy to answer questions and made the session feel engaging and supportive (not always easy to achieve when working virtually).
Lisa provided clear information and explanations throughout. Everything was paced well and easy to follow. The demonstrations were shown at the right speed and angle, with clear explanations of why each step is taken. Overall a very informative and engaging session, that was really well delivered.

Lisa is a hugely knowledgable and engaging instructor. First aid (human or canine) can be a daunting subject and Lisa broke it down in a way that supported absorbing the information and encouraged asking any questions. Would definitely recommend!
