• This is a practical, face-to-face course held at our training venue or at your venue of choice.

Our instructor was cleared in the was she was teaching the class and all the times she was asking if we have any questions or anything like to talk about about the topic and I found that really nice and the class we were all engaged and enjoying every single time she was explaining !

She was fabulous, very interactive and it didn't feel like lecture. All the aspects of medical emergency was covered and she was stopping in between to check for understanding. Everything thing was demonstrated well and I was given chance to practice and ask questions.

Recently I have done the ILS course with protraining and the course instructor was Miss Surjeet. This was my 2nd time doing the course with her. As always she explained everything perfectly and always give us updated information. I can’t recommend her enough for the BLS or ILS course.
