• This is a practical, face-to-face course held at our training venue or at your venue of choice.

Excellent instructor. Not my first time doing a First Aid training and easily the most relaxed, professional and entertaining time I've had it. Kept it conversational and friendly, while remaining informative and holding space for "no stupid questions". Some serious topics here, handled with sensitivity, didn't feel like it was rushed through while also feeling like it flew by.

Surjeet was a fantastic instructor. I felt quite nervous before doing my training, but she created a very welcoming atmosphere. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and handled all the topics with sensitivity. I learnt a lot and had a great time, and feel a lot more confident in my first aid training.
