I thoroughly enjoyed the training course with Ben and thank you for being so patient with me as I was quite anxious about getting up in front of people and making a fool of myself should it be wrong, everything was explained clearly making the class more enjoyable and I'd not hesitate in doing this in the future. Just attended a two day Child,Infant and Adult First Aid course led by Ben Hueso. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone as it is very clear he is very knowledgeable on this subject and not just reading from a manual.

Ben presented an enjoyable course, pausing where necessary to answer questions or to clarify details if candidates were unsure. Revisiting areas at times until candidates were happy and confident. Practical areas of the course were well organised and appropriate to support learning. Ben ensured candidates were aware of ongoing support which is available on line and personally if required. An enjoyable informative course which explained Emergency First Aid details and scenarios in an understandable way. Tutor (Ben) very knowledgeable, able to answer any questions raised. A 2 Day Emergency First Aid Course I would highly recommend to Colleagues and other Child Care Professionals.
