Paul was my instructor and his way of teaching was very helpful for me. A level of enthusiasm that keeps you engaged and was very compassionate towards those who might be triggered by some of the content. Would definitely recommend.

I attend first aid training every 3 years, for the last 20 years and this has been the best so far. The use of video to show how CPR works on the heart, was very good. First time I have seen this.
