Organisation of the Course

Heather was very professional and very friendly. She made us all feel really comfortable from the start. She explained things clearly and answered any questions that we had. She demonstrated everything that we needed to do and made sure we all felt that we were able to do it, not just in practice but also if the need arises in our everyday lives. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to do their first aid and I would 100% recommend Heather as an instructor.
