Heading out camping, hiking or exploring the outdoors? Our 8-hour Outdoor First Aid course gives you practical first aid skills for dealing with emergencies away from immediate help.
Taught outdoors under a parachute at Sutton Hoo, Suffolk, the course covers primary and secondary care adapted to real outdoor situations. It is ideal for families, walkers, campers, outdoor enthusiasts, adventure participants and anyone who wants greater confidence when spending time outdoors.
With over 20 years of real-world expedition and search and rescue experience, our instructor brings practical knowledge and advice that goes beyond the standard first aid manual.
For those needing a greater depth of knowledge for expeditions, professional outdoor leadership or more remote environments, our 16-hour Outdoor First Aid course takes things further.
All our first aid courses fully meet the UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2021 as per the HSE requirements.
