Julie was new but did a great job and clearly had lots of experience and knowledge to pass on! The course could’ve have been structured in a better way (like the order of the slideshow) and has some contradictions.

I felt the instructor brought a good energy and openness in their teaching methods. They attempted to explain everything in depth, provide clarity and honesty where necessary and ensured that we always understood what was being covered. The order and structure of the protrainings system was lacking, I felt the presentation was all over the place and that it did not allow much possibility of trying out the different treatments that are mentioned. The instructor did well at mitigating those issues by ensuring an interactive environment where we still managed to learn well

Sue was absolutely incredible. She listened to all the needs of the class and adapted the course accordingly whilst still teaching the relevant information for the course. Her enthusiasm and passion for first aid truly made this class incredibly engaging and I learnt so much despite coming from a background with a lot of first aid. Sue is a superstar :)
