Such a valuable course, really thorough but super structured, easy to follow and Susan was an absolutely brilliant trainer. Made everyone feel comfortable and confident to participate as well as excellent knowledge and teaching skills. Very friendly and professional too. Would highly recommend!

Very approachable, thorough and fun. Really liked how he explained the dangers and risks that need to be assessed before doing CPR. Really liked his examples and indepth explanations and descriptions.

Instructor was clear, concise and informative. However there were few details missed out during theory sections. However with practical exercises they were clear and well instructed.
