Take this course to become more aware about the reasons why it is important to move people safely.

CPD Certified Training Approved by Skills for Care

This course is ideal for all workplace requirements, as it includes safer moving and positioning of people as well as manual handling of objects.  This is a shorter version of our full course.  We recommend that you take our level 2 course rather than this course if you work in any care environment.

This course is just aimed as an awareness course, increasing knowledge in moving techniques rather than practical experience.

The content of this and all our courses has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines and come with a Certified CPD Statement as well as a ProTrainings Certificate and for online courses an Evidence Based Learning statement.
