The blended Day 2 Outdoor Pursuits First Aid qualification is specifically designed to address content relevant to outdoor environments. Our 8-hour Outdoor Pursuits course covers primary and secondary care in situations where emergency medical services (EMS) are not readily accessible and includes both practical and theoretical assessments. To ensure all necessary topics are covered, you must complete our online 8-hour Outdoor Pursuits module before attending. All our first aid courses fully comply with the latest UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines, in accordance with HSE requirements.
The content of this and all our courses has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines and come with a Certified CPD Statement as well as a ProTrainings Certificate and for online courses an Evidence Based Learning statement.
