Emma was an amazing instructor, she presented the material very well and clearly knows her stuff. I have attended several first aid courses before and I have found Emma's knowledge and delivery to be second to none. I am delighted with the training I have received from Emma, I feel very confident to deliver first aid going forward and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and engaging instructor.
