Ed was really informative, able to practice competencies multiple times if necessary, able to move to other slides to recap areas to help answer any questions at any time. Talked to us about personal experiences he’s had and how he handled those situations. Overall really great course to complete, brilliant instructor and will be recommending Ed to others who are thinking of completing the course.

Ed was brilliant. This was my first time taking a first aid course so I only had an extremely basic knowledge before going into it. He was very patient with me and allowed me extra time to practice the practical side of things to make sure I was doing everything right. Also was more than happy to answer my questions and answered them all very well. Overall, a very good course and very good instructor, would definitely recommend to others in the future!
