Excellent instructor, I felt I could ask any question without feeling stupid. Good communication in plain English and through PowerPoint also in demonstrations, most impressed that he made sure that he had seen everyone demonstrate that they could do CPR etc. Came away empowered and confident with the knowledge learnt but hopefully never have to use.
