Professional training conducted with good use of examples requiring first aid in the workplace. Information was clear and concise with time given for further explanation if required. Practical exercises using various equipment was explained well and feedback given. Would certainly recommend.

Michael Tapley provided a teaching environment that was enjoyable and professional. He has the ability to understand individual requirements and made sure all course attendees were involved.
I would have no problem recommending him as a first aid instructor to any individual or company that require training in this area.
