Excellent course, well presented and lots of great info. The site is nice and clean with good parking facilities. Sylvia runs the course very well and takes the time to make sure you understand without being patronising or condescending.

Sylvia is an inspirational, capable and extremely knowledgeable teacher. She understands the subject and it's wider surroundings and is happy to modify what she's doing to fit with the group she's teaching. The session was well paced and enjoyable as well as extremely informative.

I would highly recommend this course. Sylvia's training was excellent and I learnt a great deal during the course. I am confident that this has prepared me to deal with any emergencies that occur both at work and in my personal life.

Excellent informative course, the instructor paced the course appropriately welcoming questions and discussion. She was always happy to go over areas attendees were unsure about and encouraged practice of all the skills being taught. I would highly recommend.

Sylvia makes learning the skills of First Aid a brilliant experience. Her teaching is very cleverly crafted and interspersed with humour but she never lets you put a foot wrong, or an arm or a head come to that! An excellent training event.
