Knowing the instructor can sometimes be a disadvantage, but Cliff delivered the course in a friendly, empathetic and easy to learn from manner, with time for us to add to learning from our own experiences,

The FIRST AID AT WORK LEVEL 3 course was well presented by both instructors (Alan and Cliff) who took time to explain the area's in which I was weak. There was plenty of time allocated for practical phase of the course and revision of theory taught in previous lessons.
