Christina took us through the course in a professional, thorough but still managed to make it enjoyable. I felt that with all that I learnt during the course, I would be ready to use the skills I had been taught in the event of a real emergency. This was the fourth First Aid course I had ever attended - and by far the best.

Christina Poulton was an excellent coach - she imparted a lot of information to us clearly and appropriately, answered our questions very fully and still kept to time. More importantly, all our team really enjoyed it and felt it was a good use of their time. We hope never to use our new skills, but feel pretty confident that we could if it were needed. Thank you Christina.

Our trainer, Christina Poulton, was incredibly knowledgeable and was even able to answer questions that we had that were not covered in the course - for example, the signs of a stroke. Having done this training I feel very confident that I will be able to administer First Aid to anyone who may require it. I was also unaware of the first aid equipment you're able to carry in a keychain, for example the face shield. In fact, I had never even considered carrying things like this on my person. I will be investing in these products as one never knows when their training will be called into action.

Christina is an exceptional presenter and tutor, her confident and natural approach to tutoring helped calm the more nervous attendees, putting them at ease so as they enjoyed the course but most importantly making them feel confident to administer Emergency First Aid if required.

This is the first time I have used a pro training course and found Christina to be an excellent instructor. The online updates prior to the training were very useful, as is the follow up information on the website. Christina's training was very well presented, easy to understand and not at all intimidating ( as some training sessions are). Christina was very approachable for any course questions and extremely knowledgable on the subject matter. The course flowed well and kept my interest. I felt it was far superior to other courses I have used in the past, as well as being very good value for money. I would recommend Christinas course to any of my colleagues and will return for updates in the future.
