Really good course. Clear, practical and not just theory for the sake of it. It explains UK fire law (especially the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005), what a fire warden actually has to do, how smoke affects you, how to check doors if you suspect fire, and when it is safe to use an extinguisher — only on a small fire, about the size of a waste paper bin.
The videos are easy to follow and the key points stick. I would definitely recommend this to colleagues who need Fire Warden / Fire Marshal training.

Was a really nice guy who held everyone's attention whilst bringing his own personal experiences in to the course. Also kept cracking some cheesy jokes which were my sense of humour

Found it the right balance of fun and information. The instructor kept it light and entertaining and would have been hard to gap fill the time as only 4 people attended but he flund the balance. Plenty of equipment and demonstrating and felt fun and calm throughout. Passed the test and that’s down to the instructors teaching.
